Our client based in Belmont is currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to join their team. This role involves travelling between sites using a company-provided Programmed van, servicing a variety of commercial locations.

You will primarily be working across Service Stations, Reece Plumbing, and a small number of Officeworks sites, ensuring grounds are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities



Push mowing



Brush cutting / whipper snipping



Pruning and general garden maintenance



Litter collection across sites



Cleaning cobwebs



Window cleaning



Taking site photos and uploading via iPad



Completing site inductions as required

Requirements (Essential)



Valid Driver’s Licence



Current White Card



Proven grounds maintenance experience



Strong attention to detail



Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Work Details



Monday to Friday



Summer hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm



Winter hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm



$33.75 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions



Reliable and punctual



Takes pride in maintaining clean and presentable sites
